Temperature question, please help

Hi,
I wake up and take my temp every day at 5am. Tomorrow, I have to wake up at 4am. Will this affect my temp?


I also wake up 2-3 times every night to breast feed. Does this also affect my temps?

Testing earlier shouldn't be a issue. It recommended to be at the same time everyday within 45 mins, but I wouldn't think an extra 15 mins. would make a different, so I think your fine there. However the breasting feeding might be. You have to have at least 3 hours of uninterrupted sleep in order for it to be accurate. So if your getting less then that, then your not getting a accurate reading.
