I went to bed last night at around 1am and I got at least 4 hours sleep so I think that is fine but I woke up at 6am and took my temperature and it was 36.64C (97.95F) and then again at 7am and it was 36.93C (98.47F). My regular time is 6:30am. I know that is a big difference in temperatures. What temp do I use for charting?

Id use the first one, its not really going to make much difference at this stage of your cycle as ff has already detected O. If you want you can just put a note in with the other temp just so you know what went on. Fingers crossed you caught that egg!:hugs:
