Hi,
I have been measuring my temperature every morning before I got up from bed. I had a miscarriage in early April. And the specialist said that we can try to conceive anytime when we're ready. Which we did.
I had very light spotting on the 15th day from when my period starts and it went on for about 3 days. I read that it's due to ovulation. However my temperature hasn't gone up after many days later. Have anyone experienced this before? Did I actually skip ovulating this period? Will I still be able to try to conceive this month? I have attached my chart as your reference. Please advise. Thank you.

It's quite hard to see your chart but from what I can see, it doesn't look like you've ovulated yet. I recommend the app "Fertility Friend". If you enter your temps it'll put crosshairs in and tell you when you've ovulated. Good luck :)

Thank you for the recommendation on the app. I've just installed the app and included all the information that I can remember. I'll have a read and learn how to use it. My cycle is usually 34 days. It looks like it's taking a lot longer. That's why I am a bit worried.

That's much clearer. Unfortunately it does not look like you've ovulated (yet)

I would say it doesn't look like you ovulated yet. It's totally normal for your body to be a bit out of whack after a loss though, so I'd probably give it some time and even wait until your next cycle to start charting if it's stressful doing it now when everything is still up in the air. I had a miscarriage in April as well and though my cycles did come back right away, I did have some weird bleeding and it was definitely a little different than usual the first month.

Happened that I really wasn't ovulating during my previous cycle.
This is my current chart. I am on my 10dpo now and only felt a bit of breast tenderness. I am pretty sure that my period will be coming soon and i feel very disappointed. My husband has made an appointment with a fertility specialist beginning of next month. What do I need to prepare before meeting the specialist aside from all our previous medical records? Should I prepare a list of questions before meeting the specialist?
Thank you so much for your advice in advance. :)

Your current chart looks good! At only 10DPO, I wouldn't count yourself out yet. The month that I conceived my LO, I had no symptoms -- NONE -- until after I got my BFP. I'd already counted myself out for the month. Hang in there! :)

I'm out again this month. My temperature dropped to 36.52 this morning. :(

You're not out until AF arrives!

Thank you very much for your encouragement. I don't mean to be so negative. It's just that I have been trying for too long and there's too much hope and disappointment going on.

:hugs:

TTC is hard. I totally understand. I go through so many emotions just every single day, I get you!

I'm sorry babbie. How long have you been trying for? You do seem to ovulate quite late if you do actually ovulate on each cycle. I often had charts where it looked like I was ovulating but then when I had bloods and ultrasounds it turned out I wasn't ovulating. I conceived on my second cycle of Clomid. It might be worth seeing an RE or OB/GYN or a fertility specialist just to check that everything is ok.

I just started doing blood tracking this month at a fertility clinic. And it is very confusing to me. At the beginning, they called me in to do a few blood test in a few days gap. Last Monday, I have a feeling that I was ovulating but after the blood test on Monday, they asked me to go for another blood test and scan on Friday. I felt that there is big gap of time in between, but we just followed their instructions and waited. When I did the scan on Friday, the nurse went "seems like you have ovulated already". I was in shock and asked whether I'm actually supposed to wait for the result before my husband and I intercourse. She asked me to just wait for the blood test and see what they said. Blood test results came in at noon and informed me that I have not ovulated and said that I might be ovulating during the weekends. They asked us to have intercourse on Friday until Sunday and go for another blood test and scan on Monday.
On Monday, I went for the test and scan and the nurse again told me that I have ovulated already. They called me to have another blood test on Friday.
On Friday after the blood test, the nurse called me said that if my period hasn't come on the 10th day from that day, I'll need to go to their clinic to do a pregnancy test. I asked whether the test this morning was supposed to tell me whether I am pregnant or not. And she said that it was only to test on my ovulation. I told her that I was in shocked when the nurse told me that I have ovulated already last Friday because my husband and I did not do anything at all but waited. She replied saying that they are only doing us a service. And it is not always accurate. In fact, most women who did blood tracking wouldn't fall pregnant. She said that I most probably will have my period in ten days time and in my next appointment with our doctor, he'll tell us the results.
Er... so... what is the point of doing blood tracking???? Isn't it supposed to at least assist in trying to conceive? I am so confuse.
