Temping Question?? please help :-)

Hi,
I have been temping for the last couple of months, 1st month coming off BC and had an anovulatory cycle, this month my temps have been very stable (36.0 and 36.1) i had positive opk's and CM and CP looked great, today i had a rise in temp to 36.3. BUT - i studpidly put the heater on last night, not up much, just so its didnt get real cold. Would have that affected my bbt? or is it actually a rise? kicking myself for putting the heater on now!

Could have been, but unfortunately the only way to know is by waiting a few days to see if it stays high.

I feel your pain. MN winters totally wreaked havoc on my charting attempts

I would suggest not changing anything. I id that with my heat and it did effect it

You have to have at lest 3 high temps to know if you have ov'd good luck

Thanks for your replies, the not knowing is crazy isnt it! i was visitng a friends last night and their house is freezing (in the hills and old house), my temp was 36.3 again, so will see how we go tomorrow back home and with my normal conditions.

3rd day of 36.3 so things are looking positive, but not getting hopes up.
