Hiya,
Just looking for a bit of advice really.
I took temp this morning but before my alarm went off it was still a bit dark but as I was tossing and turning I thought I better take it then I might have been able to go back to sleep.
It was 36.20 which is below my coverline which seems odd for 6dpo. So then I took it again at normal time (probably) about 45 minutes later and it was 36.58. I have recorded this temperature on my chart cause it's the same time that I always use and thought if I hadn't taken earlier one then I wouldn't have known about that lower temp.
I just don't understand how it changes so much from one minute to the next. If you are kind of waking up a bit on the morning and move around before taking temp in bed does that mean cause you haven't had 3 hours straight sleep that temp doesn't count and that I should take the earlier temp?
I know it's only 1 temp but they have been really consistent over the past week or so and now this one is annoying me hahahaha.
