terrible cramping?? pleas help!

i don't know if i have o'd yet as in cd 14 i got an almost pos opk and then it went back to negative and is still negative on cd 17. but the past 2 days i have had such a sore stomach its like cramping, and its on both sides and middle quite low down, i was going to dtd tonight incase it was o but it just hurts so much i cant be bothered doing it

why do you think i would be having these pains?

also have very sensitive sore nipples when they are touched and had for the first time in forever white cm on my underwear when i went to the toilet, it is like sticky and white. cp seems low from what i can tell.

please help does anyone know, it is still cramping and sore its like user the belly button just above vagina. it goes from cramping to sharp pains i don't always notice it when i am busy but lying down i do.
nipples not as sensitive now back to normal.
lower back is really sore.
cm is still sticky white
cp is all over the show high low everywhere!!
i am cd 20 still no positive on the opk unless i count the almost positive on cd14

Hun could you have slightly missed the positive opk maybe and you have ovulated and this be implantation? I don't know but maybe a possibility? X
