I know a lot of us are in this stage of constant fear, I woke up this morning and felt hardly any symptoms other than having to pee a lot. I have tried my angel sounds doppler and have gotten nothing. I'm not having any cramps or bleeding but I am so scared. My next scan is on Thursday but it feels forever away.

Symptoms commonly come and go. Enjoy the good days. As long as you have no cramps or bleeding, you should be fine. As for the doppler, I wasn't able to find the hb on mine until 16 weeks.

Most people loose their symptoms as they are entering their second trimester and I agree with PP, the dopplers are hit or miss. A lot of people don't hear the heartbeat until the second trimester.
