Testing from 8 DPO! Squinter?

I do think these forums make you think like everyone is testing from 8DPO. In real life, I suspect that is not the case! I've nattered to friends who have babies in the last year and they said they didn't even think to test until they realised their period was late! I'd say forums like this attract those who are impatiently minded, have reason to worry they might have issues conceiving or who have been desperate to try for a baby for some time (in my case lol) not that there is anything wrong with that! Some people are just more laid back about pregnancy I guess! And they are obviously more likely to get a definite answer a few days after a missed period. Lot less stressful if you can encourage yourself to wait it out I imagine!

In regards to testing, everyone is different. At the end of the day, it's all chance right? ... pot luck each cycle for conception, implantation, testing, rate level double and eventually gender! You can help your chances for some bits but even then, you could BD everyday and still only have a 35% chance of pregnancy!
