Testing out trigger shot?

This is the third time I've done a trigger. The other two times I've used a trigger shot it's taken 7-9 days to completely test out of my system. At the beginning it would make the IC hpt REALLY dark, then it would gradually get lighter. This time, over 24 hours after I took the trigger shot it's barely showing a second line on my IC.

Should I be concerned? Is this normal and the other times were unusual? We just did our IUI this morning and I'm concerned the trigger didn't work...
