Thanksgiving dinner

For veg, I make brussel sprouts sauteed in garlic and butter, whiskey maple yams, and roasted potatoes. Sometimes we do garlic mashed potatoes, instead.
I will probably do a dish of simple green peas, too, just in case there are some who don't like brussels.
I don't make gravy. Instead we make a sauce with the turkey drippings and heavy cream, vermouth and tarragon. So yum!
It will be interesting to see how much I can actually eat tomorrow, as baby is starting to take over my digestive organ space!
