Hi Girls :flower:

With DS2 I had so much milk, I was always soaking my breast pads :dohh:

I would like to know please which breast pads you think are the most absorbent?

(I cant remember which I liked best with DS2, as it was 7 years ago!)

I have tried tesco, asda, tommee tippee, johnsons and lansinoh - only lansinoh do the job for me sadly, though I could get away with supermarket ones when I leaked during pregnancy :flower:

tommee tippee sorry for the abbreviation had LO with me

tommee tippee for me too have tried all others but these seem most absorbant and most slimline x

which stay on best - theyre all similar for soaking it up but the majority just dont stay in place!

I've tried them all... I leak SO much, its untrue, I soak through them so quick I go through so many pairs a day its ridic. And annoying.

Lanisoh used to be the best, but then they changed them and now tommee tippee ones are the best. I need to get some super absorbant reusable ones, if anyone reads this and makes them please pm me I will buy some off you lol

I prefer Johnsons as they feel softer than others. Not sure if they are more absorbant though :)

I totally sympathise with you :hugs: I was just the same with DS2

I tried the reusable/washable ones, but found they were worse, with no plastic backing, if they leaked, the t.shirt was ruined (could be embarassing too )

Johnsons for me. I did try Sainsburys own - but they're awful in my opinion!

Ive tried a few, and lanisnoh are the best for me

i used TT or Tescos own it never made much difference im going to swap to washable ones though now as i dont tend to need them except overnight

i used the boots ones, sometimes had to use 2 on one boob, especially when feeding, but apart from that, no problems. They don't leave any residue/bits on you either.

just remembered - totally off topic, but one day i ran out of boobie pads and i was at my mums, so i took one of my sisters' always pads... and cut it in half to use temporarily. Bad idea, all the yucky gel stuff inside it came out and left sticky balls on me!

lol classic!! good to know I'm not the only one that leaks like crazy

Thanks....

.....** note to self ~ do not do this**

Bless you :hugs:

I use Nuck washable ones.
they are great and I love not having to buy them all the time.

They are great I never leak ever!
and I have done the always pad thing
and its bad!
the gels smells and get everywhere!

tommee tippee by far, Tesco have them on offer quite a lot.
