Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. The admin team will continue to work on existing issues, templates and upgrade all necessary available addons to minimize impact of this new version.

Eating out both lunch and tea! Can't be bad!
It's my one work day today but both boys have had their dinners and are both asleep. Hopefully till pick up.time at 230pm! Lol. Then my mum has treated me to go have my hair washed and styled but think I'm going have it cut aswell, it needs doing. Also having eye brows waxed. rory is going to my nans and she will take him on a long walk

Thanks for all the love girls. The GP has referred me because I told him I wanted to stop the antidepressants as I couldnt tell a difference if I took them or not. He thinks talking therapy will help but I've been there and done it. Still, I will give it a go and try to go with an open mind.

Well we had some sunshine for about 20 minutes but it's overcast again so not fancying going for a stroll, but now I'm bloody bored! And hungry... the oven is on but no idea what to chuck in

We went to group at the church hall earlier and now I stink of church! AM missed her morning nap so thought I get a good couple of hours sleep out of her at midday when we got back and then give her some lunch...she barely lasted an hour...
She also has given me snuggle three times today but at the say time been grabbing my neck. it's as if she can't be too loving

I guess you're GP is just worried about you Kimmy. I don't know much about anti-depressants but I have heard that Dr's often don't like you coming off them cold turkey. So maybe that's why he's sending you.

at blondey smelling of church. kimmy, I take it you'll have to drop the dose slowly? I did. I've had CBT and hypnotherapy for my anxiety and depression, quite interesting. I hope something gets sorted for you.Sapphire, you can drop in for free food on your way up north!

Ah man I feel like utter shite! Just had another take away! Need to get back on this diet, really let myself down since Sunday! Only been the gym twice this week aswell. Going go the gym tomorrow and Sunday and back to my 4 classes next week.

Oooppps killed the looser club!
Anyone up to anything good? We've been gutting the playroom all morning. Just got get the laminate up now and me clean all the Windows and frames, they need a right good scrubbing. Will do the window cleaning tomorrow though cus rorys now asleep and then when he wakes we need start getting ready for a swimming party he's going to later.
Carpet is been fitted Tuesday afternoon. I'm so excited for his new playroom.
Dh is also doing the garage out (full of junk and driving to and from the skip place) whilst I'm sitting next to rory sleeping on the sofa.
He's also doing the garden and putting rorys new slide, swing and house up. We will be carrying on with whatevers left to do tomorrow.

We just walked to pets corner (a tiny little council run petting zoo and a 5 minute walk from us) with madam in her trike and used the reins while we were there. She wasn't overly interested int he big animals and was more interested in chasing the birds roaming free!

Exciting! I've just come off the meds cold turkey. In the past I have had to drop the dose and slowly wean myself off them but this doctor said there was no need 
I don't feel any worse for not taking them though so that's good.Fabby you've inspired me to get Archie's outdoor toys actually outdoors
