hello, bless my kiddies they haven't coped with the heat very well and have been very grumpy today. Early night for them I think.

I haven't coped very well with the heat, and I'm a big girl now! Sneezing has been driving me mental. Forgot to pop my allergy stuff. *Slaps wrist*

So, for those of you that manage to get you OH/Hubby to help out with the housework, how (apart from sexual favours, as I have given all I am willing to in order to get my ttc date!) do you do it? I'm hoping to be working fulltime in just over a month, and want him to pull his weight. Although I don't mind doing the majority of it now, as he works a lot harder at work than I do at school , I think if I just heave it all on him when I start work, he'll throw a wobbly. On the same note though, I feel bad making him do chores on his day off What do I do? Is a rota too overkill??

He did do a lot of the housework yesterday while I cooked, so I feel a little mean whinging, but a one off performance isn't really enough! x x

ooh LV sorry I cant help - Kam just does all the housework as standard - always has, he's very house proud and well, my cleaning/bedmaking/washing up skills don't meet his exacting standards lol

Yeah Bob's the same. I think because he grew up in a very messy house he is pretty house proud now.

I feel a bit bad now. I just messaged my friend to say I can't go out tonight for her 20th birthday but part of me really wanted to go, but then when I think about actually GOING out and being in town I get scared.
Arghh I'm such a fruit loop.

we do half and half i think. Because i'm at home at moment i tend to it but i don't mind cos he works. Then if for some reason somethingp out of place he goes on a cleaning spree because he has ocd. I don't mind to be honest i feel good about it when i get it done. Well i only spent £8 on 2tops and managed to spend £15 on caleb. Wow then spent £80 on our weekly shop. We still need to get oh's beer in so might do a £25 spend on tesco x x why is everything so expensive x sorry rant over x x

yeah I don't do well with people lol. This isn't the friendliest of towns either. I've been like this since I had my pnd with Sophie. I used to be really outgoing but not anymore.

Well, I spoke to him about it, and he said he'd like a rota so he knew what needed doing. It's not so much that he isn't houseproud, he just needs leading sometimes haha. He is a sucker for lists as well, so I think if he knows he has certain things to do, he'll do them. Won't be trusting him with the washing though - I've seen how his mother sorts loads!

I'd agree Ley, Thetford isn't the nicest of places to be out in, but I've never had any serious trouble there myself. The closest I've come to it was a few years ago when we went to Ice for a friends 21st, dressed as fairies. Some old guy asked if he could get me a drink, and as I was there with Dan, I said no... next thing I know, his MRS is in my face on the dancefloor, calling me a stuck up cow because I wouldn't let her husband buy me a drink! That was an odd one, normally I'm in trouble for the opposite reason

Oxford though, plenty of trouble in Oxford! Too many toffs thinking they rule the place. x x

Well, it's a Saturday, it's sunny with clear blue skies, and it's so, so warm. I could be getting a suntan. But instead, I have been making job apps all day!! I have made 7 so far, and another couple to whack out too. Fingers crossed I get some where, as I have already had 2 replies this week saying I am "over-qualified!" I'm sorry, but if I was a recruiter I would snap someone up that was over-qualified, because you would save money training them! Obviously, others just lack my awesome common sense.

Off out to dinner at red hot in northampton tonight, need to straighten my hair as I look like Hagrid!! Hope you are all having a lovely day and getting to make the most of this heat wave x x x

Applied to 14 jobs yesterday - think I may have got a little over-excited! Hopefully though, at least one will get back to me, and best case scenario, several will and they will fight over me and give me more money! I am probably dreaming a little too much there...

Had a lovely meal out yesterday with our friends for a birthday. It was lovely anyway, until I hurt my tooth and couldn't finish my dessert. I has been really enjoying it up until that moment. I'm taking nurofen to try and dull the pain until I can get in with a dentist and see what I have done, but it's so painfull it woke me up in the night I have been having trouble with it for a while now, but not as bad as this - I can barely eat because of the pain - I will be living on baby food soon! So scared of seeing the dentist though and them saying they need to rip it out... brrrrr gives me shivers thinking about it.

I think I will make the most of the sunshine today and sit out on the green with my book. Starting Stardust today wohoooo! x x
