So last night I laid in bed contemplating on if I should get up and finish packing my hospital bag. I have been having SEVERE cramping in my back the last few weeks, but yesterday it was worse than usual. I am convinced I will have back labor because my mother and grandmothers did. which leads me to my question. Is it possible to feel real contractions and not be in labor. The pain starts in my back stays for a few seconds wraps around to my pelvis then my stomach would tighten for just a few seconds and then stop. This only happened a few times at irregular intervals. So would these be considered real contractions or still BH.

i don't know probably false labour braxton hicks, especially if they have stopped xx
