the sweet smell of ovulation??? tmi alert!!!

Hey ladies, just wondering if any of your Dh's have reported a different 'smell' when you've been ov'ing?
my dh reported tonight that i had a different smell that he'd never smelled before (and i've never ov'd before)

could it be?

i've also noticed excessive clear sticky fluid from the...ahem...lower area.

what do you think?

I have PCOS and took my last pill of Clomid a week ago today.

This is CD14.

I've taken OV tests....line is still very light, but darked than the first test.

i dont want to read and run so dont know what smell has to do with ovulation but apparently a study showed men are more turned on/attracted to women ust b4 and during ovulation.
carry on testing it should be pos in nxt few days in mean time start baby making x

oh i've been bd-ing everynight since day10....i'm covering my arse if you know what i mean....if i bd everynight i'll catch ovulation time in there no matter if the tests (clearblue) don't work for me or not)....
thanks for the response.....did google it last night and found information that said your 'smell' can change during ovulation, and my husband has said this was the first time he had smelled me like that (good not bad)...and I have never ovulated before this so I was feeling pretty hopeful that that was the change........fx'd for sure....i'm gonna keep up the bding until day 20 to be sure though. then i'll be in the 2ww

I've read on here somewhere that it's meant to taste sweeter when u O. Sorry I can't remember where I read it.

I saw on QI once that Lily of the Valley is what we should line our undie drawers with since apparently sperm is attracted to it. LOL wouldn't it be funny that actually that is what we smell like when ovulating even if it is only very faintly so?

yeah he didn't say it was a bad smell...it was an enticing smell....and i've heard that...but not about the "hoo-ha"...lol......although i did google it and it says that it can happen to some women, and me, being that this would be my first time ovulating and we've been together 4 years....would really explain why it was different
