A friend gave me What to Expect When you are Expecting. Although it doesn't exactly talk about TTC, there is a chapter about before conception, health/nutrition & such. It's also helpful for me to read the whole book now, before I am pregnant, so I can research more on things I wasn't aware of or want to know more on. I have heard a lot about "Taking Charge of your Fertility." What's it about?

Taking charge of your fertility taught me everything I know about the female body i think it's primarily for avoiding pregnancy, using natural birth control but there is a chapter or two on getting pregnant. to be honest if you have read the tutorials on fertility friend you don't really need the book but i found that book first, then this site, then fertility friend so it was my fountain of knowledge at the beginning

I see. Thank you for the info! I was thinking about buying it..but yes, I have done hours of research online so if the book is like you say, I prob wouldn't learn much new info. Thanks!

Soo good...it lets u know all tht u should be doing b4 conception...some things ppl already know like the more obvious stuff..but some things i didnt realize. Very good book I def. Recomend it.
