The dumbest thing I could have done!!!
Thought I could handle it, went baby gift shopping for my Sister-in-law,
the poor customer service people in Babies R Us in Allentown, Pa., I was ok for about 5 minutes, really held it together, then completely came unglued. Was in the bottle and bib section sobbing, picked clothes while wiping my eyes and nose. And I swear every pregnant woman in the Lehigh Valley was in there registering today while they rubbed their tummies. And thank you to the guy behind me in line who bought a soda, just to be able to give me a tissue from the changing area!
:dohh:

:hugs:
I agree, massive points for trying. Your SIL is lucky to have a SIL like you who was at least willing to try.
xxxx

You are braver than me. I ended up buying my friend some books for her baby and will be doing the same for my godson as I can pick them up in Tesco or even better order online and get them delivered directly to them.

:hugs:

Aw...im so sorry u had to go through this. I've had similar expeirences this week. I went to the doctors and had to sit and listen to the pregnant ladies complain in the waiting room for an hour. Then I went shoppin g for my SIL who's expecting also, and caught myself let a little cry out and put everything back.
Don't feel bad, or dumb, or whatever for having that break down. Those women would do the same thing if they had losses themeselves. Hang in there girl :)

:hugs: you are very brave you tried and your SIL is lucky you were able to do that for her. I been avoiding mothercare like the plague, last time i went into town i found myself glued to the window looking at the prams with moist eyes. I now walk a different route so i dont need to see it. :hugs:
