They did not log my results!!

I went in 3 weeks ago yesterday to POAS so I could start OB care. I was about 5-1/2 weeks along, BFP. I asked to be referred to a specific office for my OB care since no one at my current office does that. Well, I have not heard a thing from anyone so I decided to call the OB myself and see when I should be getting an appointment, almost 9 weeks along now. They did not have my referral! They called my docs office to straighten things out and told me something happened to the referral. I get a call at 7 am (I was half asleep) to figure out the date of the BFP. They call back about 45 minutes later telling me that the results were never put into the computer and the original NP that did the test no longer works there. Now I have to drive 30 minutes to the office to POAS again! I have to wait until I am done work to do that but hopefully I will get a date for my OB appointment by tomorrow.
