Hiya!

Bit of a random post but my little girl today shocked me. I was sat with her reading books and I was saying point to the fish in the book and she pointed straight to the fish. I thought maybe this was a fluke.
I then started going through lots of books with pictures of shapes and animals and she knew practically all of them. I couldn't believe it. Maybe this is normal but it shocked me how she pointed to everything so confidently.

Babies are really like sponges! she is probably getting ready to talk to tell me to stop talking all the time lol

How very clever!!
it's amazing what they actually understand. I'm often shocked by little things darragh does when I say something which point to him knwoing exactly what I mean
He's also very good at playing dumb, though, when he doesn't want to 'understand'!!
