Think we can afford to buy a house!!!

On cloud nine! We've both been saving hard, even before we met, but we kinda thought we were a way off yet as we want to put down a 25% deposit. But I booked an appointment for us to see a mortgage advisor in a couple of weeks just to get an idea of how long it'd take, and today we looked through our finances and used some online calculators to get an idea before the meeting.. and we worked out we can afford the sort of houses we want already! Obv the meeting will give us a more specific estimate but... YAY! One step closer to starting our family!

Wow well done hun. We are also just starting off saving and we are hoping for a 10% deposit which could take around 2 years to save but we are trying very hard and keeping motivated
