Oh right! - Well northern rock do up to 125% mortgages - Can't they make some sort of arrangement for you? - Or are the recent problems they are experiencing having a detrimental effect on how lenient they can be?

Its the money from the existing morgage the
at we have to pay back and we could only borrow 112K for new house and we put 7K in ourselves so that leaves us with outstanding balance!
