I have done the unthinkable... I have eaten raw cookie dough... And I am not worried about any sort of food poisoning.

Why you ask? Because as someone with a passion for culinary, I used substitutes for eggs to make my cookie dough safe! And delicious!

I recently got a new job where I am not cooking as much as I would like... So If anyone would like the recipe I'd be more than happy to share it, and if you have any foods that you want an alternate recipe for, please post it here! I'd love to help find a way to make it work :)
 
I looked up the statistics on uk lion stamped eggs and I don't avoid raw or undercooked eggs if I'm home and I know they are lion stamped and fresh xx
 
In the 28yrs of my life, I have never had not ever known anyone to be ill from eggs so I've always had my yokes runny. The only thing I don't eat is liver... Because it turns me sick anyways. I am a pregnancy rebel when it comes to food I have to be honest...

(My eggs r always free range and lion stamped)
