Those who have taken Fenugreek and AF has already returned..

Has it ever delayed your period? Or given you lengthy spotting?

AF returned for me after 3 months post partum and I've been breastfeeding.

The last couple of cycles I've spotted for 4 or 5 days before AF comes on.

I've been taking fenugreek for about 2 weeks now as I noticed my supply in the run up to AF was really low in the evenings. This month I have had spotting for about 7 days now. Very light.

Is this common? my cycles have been between 24 - 29 days post partum, I'm on around CD30 now.

I took fenugreek for several months and never noticed it affecting my menstrual cycle. Hope you get some more reponses and hope your cycle returns to normal soon.

My af came back 3.5 pp, and my supply is soo low before af. I take fenugreek (6x1000mg) a day, didn't seem to have any effect on my supply or my cycle.

I hate it coz LO gets soo frustrated and she's hungry all the time.
