I've been told to take 5 mg of folic acid which I asked my gp to prescribe. I picked it up today and it says to take 1 tablet once a week??? I've looked at the instructions in the box and it's says to take 1 a day? Up until 12 weeks
How often do you take yours?

Mine has been prescribed because my bmi is just over 30.

I take that much for a blood disorder. It's every day. It wouldn't do much good once a week ❤ Maybe call your ob to be sure but I bet it's every day ❤

It's definitely every day. That's the amount you want to see in a good daily prenatal multivitamin.
