Thought I had a chemical but I didn't!

3 weeks ago I got a very faint pregnancy test after a chemical in December and a mmc in November, but two days later I had a bleed that lasted 3 days as usual and assumed it was another chemical.
Yesterday was what I presumed to be CD19 and had been feeling a full feeling in my uterus and had to POAS just to stop playing the "What if" game after seeing a bfn. But I didn't!
The IC i used wasn't very dark but this is todays FRER
