Timing Cycles with Fertility Drugs?

My showed her face today about an hour ago. I am taking Femara days 4-8. So would today be day 1 or tomorrow?

My clinic counts cd1 as red blood needing a pad/tampon, prior to 6pm.
If it's after 6pm, then it's counted as the next day.

I'd check with your institution to clarify.

I took femara last month and I'm planning on taking it this month as well.

I think I started right around 5:30 pm. It is right there on the borderline. She had me take it the first time days 3-7 now its 4-8? Do you know what the difference would be?

No, sorry, no idea.

Maybe she didn't like the follicle # or size? How many did you have and what size were they?

Do you get headaches with femara? OMG, I had a headache for 10 days with that stuff! It was pretty crappy. I'm really dreading it.

My Dr has never checked my follicles, I am not sure why?? She said I ovulate on my own but it's not very strong so she gave me this to bump it up some. Then she does a 21 day progesterone check to make sure I ovulated but that's it. Seems odd to me?? I usually get a 7 or 8 on a natural cycle and I got a 17.2 last month on the Femara. I am on 2.5mg. Last month was my first month back on them and girl my AF has been sooo heavy and awful. That has been one side effect for me.
