Tingling around pelvic area

I did some cleaning this AM, and soon after I had a lot of discharge and cramping. But we had sex last night, so not sure if the increase of discharge could be leftover? Anyway, now it kind of feels like tingling and cramping across my pelvic area by the hairline. It doesn't hurt when I pee. I don't have any bleeding. I am 11 weeks 3 days. I'm not crunched over in pain, but it's kind of annoying and a little pain. Not sure if its normal stretching pains or uti or something not good.

From what my doctor said, as long as no bleeding then I'm okay.

Yeah you've probably just over worked yourself, I get it just from walking to and from the bathroom
