tmi - brown mucus

Just wanting a bit of reassurance really
Went to the toilet a minute ago and found a small amount (teaspoon size) of brown mucusy discharge in my knickers. Anyone else had this?
I'm 30 weeks at the moment and haven't done anything particularly out of the ordinary today. I did go back to work yesterday after a fortnight off but took it relatively easy with a shorter shift and lighter duties.
There wasn't any more when I wiped and haven't DTD for over a week.

I would def call your midwife/doctor - I had a similar thing with my daughter and she was born 12 hours later! That said I don't want to worry you as I had pink light spotting afterwards whenever wiping. I have also had spotting in this pregnancy which is caused by an irritated cervix, nothing to do with prem labour etc.

I would just get checked out - put your mind at rest! X
