Tmi ... Clots

Ok I know it's gross, but has anyone passed a big clot and everything been ok?

I've bleed the entire pregnancy thus far, had two scans all ok, but tonight passed a 2p sized clot!

No pain still. Help?

How far along are you?
If you're early (first trimester) I'd say go to the doctors as soon as you can.

You should see your doctor and have another ultrasound.

It could be nothing but at least a visit to the doctor will let you know for sure what is going on.

Thanks everything, no idea on dates but from going in scans (they wouldn't give accurate dates) I'm 7-8 weeks probably 8 by last scan.

No further bleeding since though.

It's so strange and a emotional roller coaster or a pregnancy.

I passed a dime sized clot after a bleed last Sunday at about 8.5 weeks , mind you it happened after an (tmi) orgasm , saw my baby on Monday and all was perfect ..doctor said pelvic rest from now on ..very scary !

I experienced bleeding for the first 15 weeks of my pregnancy with my first, passing many clots - I thought I was miscarrying with every bleed. Luckily, the pregnancy progressed to give me my daughter. Definitely get it checked it as whilst bleeding is considered common, it shouldn't be regarded as normal x
