So for the last two nights in a row I've been woken up by sudden, strong pain in my pubic area, and both time were while I was having a sex dream! This might be a complete coincidence though, as both times I've also felt the need to immeditately go to the loo and do a number two. This is totally weird, and obviously suddenly waking up in pain has scared me a little. Any ideas anyone?

Same thing happened to me twice in 1st tri....but I had SEVERE cramping after two sleep orgasms! I drove to the hospital after it happened the first time, but drove home b/c it was better by the time I got there. It's to do with a chemical/hormone that is released when you orgasm, I believe.

almost everytime i have an orgasm, and even when i'm just getting "close" to one.. i have cramping.. it's a little scary but the doctors and stuff ive read online assure me that theres no reason my orgasm can cause any harm and only to stop doing it if it is discouraging me too much. lol it's not. but its not fun because sometimes it hurts, sometimes it doesn't as much or not at all.

I'm glad it's not just me. I didn't orgasm, but if I hadn't woken up in pain I probably would have.
