Sorry for the yuck subject but Imogen always had loose sloppy bowel movements, sometimes upto 2-3 nappies a day (and sometimes explosive) but mainly just the one. I got thinking last night surly by now with a full normal diet she should be having more formed poo's? She was at nursery today it's her second week and first dirty nappies there, she had 2 and said they were loose (oh picked her up). I've just got on with it and not really thought much into it, but now I'm starting to worry about why it's ALWAYS loose! Could she be intolerant to food groups, allergies, ibs. I think I'm gonna speak to my health visitor but in the mean time any ideas or experience? Thanks ladies. Xxx

Tom still has very loose poos most of the time. Now and again there's a day when the poo is more like 'normal' poo but mostly its still similar to when he was a baby.

I don't know if its supposed to different now he's weaned but still has 1 bottle of formula a day.

amelie doesnt have 'loose' poos but theyre really soft. If she was still in a nappy it wouldnt be formed at all. i think its to do with breastmilk. Is imogen BF?

She was until about a year old. Since then cows milk. She has one bottle on a night now and occasionally beaker of it during the day. X

My LO has food allergies and his poos are never formed, there literally like water and there really foul smelling but my LO has something wrong with his stomach/ bowel which the doctors are still trying to figure out so even though he has allergies because theres something else wrong i might not be the best person to help

Hope they get to the bottom of it soon jemma. X imogens arnt like water, just constantly mushy like baby food! Ewww! X

Thomas's are the same as this. They actually are a little bit formed when he goes in the potty/toilet but if he has a poo in his nappy (sometime he goes first thing in the morning before I get him up) it is just total mush.

Toby's poos are smushy

I wish they were more formed as it'd be easier to deal with but the only time they're more solid is when he's had a busy day in nursery and not had enough to drink and gets a bit constipated which isn't great :nope:

The rest of the time they're mush.

Bleurgh!

When we put connor on to cows milk his poos were very runny I told the hv who sugessted semi skimed milk and since then wve not had a problem. Maybe its the same for ur lo x

Bethan's are the same, and then occasionally poo shaped. But this morning; BLAAAAAACH! :haha:

So it sounds like it's pretty normal then! Just when her nursery diary refered to them as loose I thought maybe they shouldn't be like that ha ha! X
