Ok ok I know this question must get asked a million times on this forum but I wanted to ask it again.

What are your thoughts on the clear blue fertility monitor? :hugs:

Hey Hun,

This is my first month using the CBFM I have borrowed it from my friend. I am still waiting to see if it has been successful this month but I have read so many promising reviews that I think it is worth the money and the risk :) My cycles can tend to be a bit irregular too so it has been a god send this month knowing the best days to try! I think I would have missed the correct time if it wasn't for the CBFM! I am due AF 22nd or 23rd I'm praying she stays away! I say go for it!

Good luck in the 2ww! I've been toying with the idea of buying one. I had an ovacue but I think I would rather a CBFM. My cycles can be a little irregular as well, I was wondering if it would have an effect on it? I should really just get one, I've been looking into getting a CBFM for years now lol.

Deffo get one. I used it with my 1st Lo and got a BFP on cycle 2 :)
I'm using it again TTC our second and hoping to get BFP this month :)

If you have irregular cycles like I me I think it would be well worth the money! I find it hard to pin point my ovulation day and have missed a couple of times and also been to early on other occasions! it definately helps give you an idea of whats going on if nothing else! If you have been considering it for years I say just go for it! nothing to lose! :)

The CBFM is only good for cycles 28-42 days.

I've got one and I personally don't think it's right for me. I never got a peak on it to indicate ovulation but I get positive OPK's and BBT charting to confirm ovulation. Even this month I didn't get a peak even though I have ovulated.

Some people find them fantastic, though.

Yeah see this is what stops me from getting one! Its even harder to get one to Australia because I have to import it but then I think its not really going to work for me because of the same reasons as you.

I guess I could just ebay it if it doesn't work out for me. Thanks for your honesty!!! :hugs:

This is true nothing to lose! Its decided I will get one after my holidays prob won't arrive in time for my next cycle since you have to start on CD 3?

I hope I have the same luck as you!!!! Wish me luck hehe. Sending you baby dust :dust: for this cycle!!! We're TTC our second as well. :happydance:

No worries. I'd love to say I've found it to be a miracle but then I'd be lying :haha:

I'm just sticking to charting and using OPK's. The test sticks for CBFM are extremely costly! Like £25 for 20 sticks

I can buy a tonne of OPK's for that!
