As a child santa never wrapped our presents, and i cant decide what to do. I know LO will love the paper more than the presents this year so wont really understand but want to do it the same every year. What does santa do at your house??? and do you wrap everything if you wrap them? Like big toys ie trike?

We dont wrap any presents from Santa, I love to see their faces when they walk in and can see exactly what they have :) They will have some wrapped presents from family and they each get one from us and they buy each other one, so still plenty of unwrapping to do :)

I think half the fun and excitement is opening presents?! i dont wrap big things like last year her trike, ball pit and zebra were built and ready to go and this yr i'll set up her kitchen and slide but everything else will be wrapped :)

ive been wrapping smaller things but bigger things will be built up ready

We wrap everything. Santa presents have a dedicated pattern so that gifts from Mom and Dad don't end up being wrapped the same (can be a give-away when they are older).

My mom did the same thing when we were growing up and I loved it!

oh im in to minds what to do. I used to love walking in and seeing straight away what we got from santa and always had plenty too open. Plus it will be nice to take photos for the future of exactly what santa brought hehe. Im so excited, my LOs first christmas. Cant wait :)

Santa never wrapped our presents either and he doesn't wrap Harvey's. Harvey is totally spoiled by friends and family so he still has loads of gifts to unwrap once he's seen what goodies Santa has brought.

I'm going to wrap everything... it makes Christmas more fun! =]

I think even at this age my head would fall off in excitement if I saw all my presents just sat there

I think it's better and much more fun to wrap! I set up the big items though so there's no messing about On Christmas morning!

all gifts were wrapped when i was young - even bikes!!! and i do the same for mine. santa gets the gifts in stockings and everything else is from us - santa aint taking the credit for the big expensive gifts!!!

We had everything wrapped as kids, but not wht was in our stockings, and we do the same for Molly. I just can't imagine it any other way!

I'm wrapping everything. Oh's stuff will be quadruple wrapped :) I'd be gutted if OH didn't wrap my presents hehe xx

I wrap everything, even the big stuff, my mum got Lilly a huge wooden kitchen last year and she had to leave it in my house because it was too big to move and we even wrapped paper around that, I love seeing Lillys face when she see's whats inside each present, I cut all the annoying tags off before a wrap too so she can get the stuff straight out if she likes. I think if I didnt wrap then she might miss some of the stuff lol, but then I suppose thats just because ive always known everything to be wrapped. Ive never heard of anybody not wrapping presents before to be honest I like the idea of not having to wrap lol :)

 at Amy-Lea's head falling off.

I wrap everything, including the big stuff. This year that will be three bikes and so on. Everything is from Father Christmas though except a little package of gifts they get on Christmas Eve.

I never wrap the presents from santa

they get alot of presents from family that are wrapped up, so they still have loads :)

I will be wrapping Isabelle's presents. She may not understand what it's all about, but I love wrapping up pressies and unwrapping them too. hehe

:happydance: the decision is made, we are going to wrap all his presents :happydance: will make it last longer lol. Gonna cost me a fortune in wrapping paper lol got slightly carried away with the buying :haha:

At our house Santa wrapped things in tissue. We've continued this with Cormack. Mine were green, my brothers red, and my sisters purple and blue!!

I think half the fun is unwrapping! Mine were always wrapped so we'll wrap hers too, one wrap for Santa, one for us... and then I guess if we were buying her something really big and awesome we wouldn't bother wrapping it just have it set up and ready for her. The only gifts I don't wrap are whatever goes in her stocking
