My dd is 20 months old - yesterday I noticed she had slightly runny nose nd didn't think to much of it... Tonight I put her to bed and she woke up shortly after vomitting, she has thrown up 4 times in about 2 hours and seems fine between spews.. She has no fever or diarhea just very runny nose (clear liquid) and vomitting? Wondering whether I need to be alarmed about anything here? Also, she is asleep now and can hear her breathing - almost like a snore actually.. And it seems to be quite rapid breathing I don't know for sure, I have counted and she is averaging about 30 breaths per minute?
