Too big ,? preterm ?

My friend said today he thinks i will go into early labor because my stomache is huge,,! and i am really small and short, and used to be really thin before
could this cause preterm labor ?

just curious? is your friend a doctor? otherwise, smile and ask your midwife/GP/doctor -- I'm 5 feet, petite and look huge, c'est la vie.

Your scans would have picked up if baby was unusually large and mentioned it to you. I wouldn't worry, trust in your healthcare providers not an opinionated friend!
