Oh God! So I got home from work last night and took my soy. By the time I finished laundry, fed the dogs, and packed lunch, I said "Oh I have to take my soy". And boom! A second dose a couple of hours later 
The total dose was 289mg. I am assuming do not take it today(the last day), but will this cause an anovulatory cycle?
