Took my bbt 5 hours earlier.. Adjust or don't adjust?

Okay so on 9 DPO had to wake up early to go out of town. I usually take my temp around 7:30 pm (I work night shift) that day I took it at 2:30 pm... My temp for 2:30 pm was 97.91... I used the bbt adjuster and it said my temp was 98.91 for 7:30 pm.. Should I chart the adjusted temp? It's 5 hours earlier??

I would just toss the temp honestly. 5 hrs is too much of a difference and I'm not sure how accurate those adjusters are as everyone's body chemistry is different and heats up or cools down differently.
