We want to get our 2 year old a train table for Christmas, preferably one that's compatible with the Thomas trains!
Has anyone seen any good deals anywhere?
    Thanks X

We got Hayden the toys r us one for his 2nd birthday, and it has been a big hit - he plays with it every day, and he has a few Thomas trains for it. We got it half price, and it often seems to be on offer, so definitely don't pay full price. Down side is it's rather big, plus the table top is in 2 pieces and not secured to the base, which means it can wobble a bit, and the other day Hayden was hiding under the table, pushed up from underneath and got his finger trapped. So possibly wise to fix it down somehow.
There are lots of tables available, though, and I think they're all pretty much compatible with each other.

We were looking at the toys r us one and it looks fab but the measurements were so big, we have to move frequently so couldn't guarantee we will always have the space for it even though we do now. So we ended up getting the Chad Valley one off argos, it is a steal at £49.99 and is about half the width of some of the others we were looking at, but still plenty big enough for DS, he still has lots of his other track on there, and it comes with lots of accessories, I was so impressed with it for the price. It's compatible with all the standard wooden track- brio, bigjigs, tesco etc so assume same as Thomas.

It has an extra 10% off ATM:
