lmao u no those videos u see on u been framed when they fall through them....that! is so wat would happen to me if i ever got on one and bounced lol...but if i ever got on one sucsessfully and didnt fall through it then yup i would consider it an excersize lol xx
ive got one in my back garden, a 6ft one, an i was just having a bounce with my sister and i had to get of because i was knackered
i figured if i could bounce around for half an hour without dying then surely it would burn off something??? xx

Approx 240 calories are burnt per hour (assuming a 150lb bodyweight). More body weight means more calories burnt.
so if u can jump for 7hours u wud have burnt a 1lb lol 2 hrs a day 2lb weightloss at end of week go for it lol xx
may consider daily bounces on top of my normal walkin and see if that make a difference. xxx
yeh its a good form of excercise.... virgin active actually do structured gym classes using trampolines...!!
think ill give it a go but just my luck the weathers turned poo...
