Transition to crib

Right now she is in rock n play. Wanting to go to crib. Any tips. Thinking of using pack n play this week before crib. So mommy doesn't have to put her in another room that sudden. I will miss her.

Would that be a good transition?

We dreaded this transition for our boys, but tried a bunch of different things that made it work within a week. We did crib naps during the day, swaddles, a musical mobile, and massages. The combo of those different things helped them to get out of the Rock n Play and into their cribs happily. I would probably just go straight to cribs without using the Pack n Play for a week.
