Hi all, I was wondering if any of you have travelling from Paphos airport with your babies and what was the procedure with baby formula. I have been told from Paphos airport that I can only take 100ml through security but my LO will require 2 x 210ml on the plane. This means i will need to take 4 bottles at 100ml of water.
I cannot take sealed Aptamil cartons through security and unlike the UK cannot purchase them once through security. I was told that once through security i can ask for water but i just dont feel good about doing this as i have not prepared it myself. Also it takes time to cool down and poor LO will be hungry. The same with on the plane, they can prepare boiled water but again not sure about this.
Has anyone had experiance of this and what did you do?
I was hoping to take either Aptamil cartons and open them when need be on the plane, or take the full 210ml of water and add the formula when need be. Also is it ok to prepare boiled water then leave it in the bottles for a few hours before adding the formula - this is all very stressfull!

Hi hun, I am not sure what the rules are there but we were allowed to take as much baby milk as we wanted but we had to drink some infront of the steward before we boarded the plane.. It was horrible as its not the best thing but they cant let your baby go without milk!

why on earth wouldn't they let you take sealed aptimal cartons through?? This is what I'd do. How do they expect you to feed LO? Would they rather have a starving screaming baby on their plane. What about longer flights to the states, there must be a way round it.
