Treating and preventing heat rash?

Alexa gets very sweaty at night when she is sleeping on her back, and she has developed a heat rash. I have put a towel underneath her with hopes that she would not sweat as bad, but she still sweats bad. Does anyone know how to treat and prevent heat rash while sleeping?

I put max some baby powder on his back before he goes to bed it keeps him nice and dry

Thanks! I have never used baby powder on Alexa, as I was afraid she would breathe it in, but I will give it a try tonight!

Just dont powder her lol put it on your hands rub it on her easier that way
