Trouble swallowing / feel like I have phlegm

Anyone have trouble swallowing? I feel like something is stuck in my throat and am clearing my throat a lot like I have phlegm, but I don't.

What can I do? Thank you

I feel like that all the time. Only thing ive felt that has helped was drinking alot of water to almost wash down what ever is there

I had that for 2 days a few weeks ago. It literally felt like something was stuck in my throat and when I would drink or eat I could feel it. It was the weirdest thing. All I did was drink a ton of water, tea with honey, and it eventually went away. It was really annoying though. Hope it goes away soon .
