Trust EWCM or CBFM??

CD 13-16 I had obvious EWCM, however Lows on CBFM. Stopped testing on monitor as got frustrated, don't know what to believe
Im 4DPO now, should I be able to hope that I ovulated, or will the monitor be right and im already out
Note I last used monitor about 5 months ago, ended in chemical pregnancy

Hi Lillypots, use the monitor as a reference but I would listen to the signs that your body is giving you first. At the end of the day tests leave so much room for errors, our body's know what is going on; if your body is telling you it's gearing up for O definitely BD in that time.

Trust your bodies signs your in or nearing your fertile phase, I am not a big fan of the CBFM because I read it tends to go off your previous cycles and sometimes we can ovulate early or later and it may not be accurate.

Thanks both of you.id rather believe ewcm because that means my body is doing the right thing, however the cbfm has been right for me in the past.will soon see next wkend when af due
