Trying to conceive after implant removal

Hey everyone new to this site. I have a three year old son. I had my implant removed on the 25th of October has anyone got any advise for conception after implant is removed?

I had my implant removed in 2009 when TTC #2, I had a withdrawal bleed 8 days later and then waited 44 days until AF came, I decided to use a CBFM that cycle as my cycle was so long since the withdrawal and I had no idea when I'd ovulate. I got 3 lows, 15 highs and then 2 peaks, I ovulated on cycle day 23/24 with my peaks, and got my BFP @ 12DPO.
