I have recently been diagnosed with PCOS. In grade 4 I started puberty and since then I have always had irregular periods and "manly" hair growth. The doctors had put me on numerous types of birth control to help but I always had wicked cramps and super heavy flows so quit the pills after the last one they tried me on and explained why.
I have my first specialist appointment in May to get a treatment for everything.
I was pregnant in November which ended on January 1st. That's when my family doctor ordered an ultrasound which showed I have alot of cysts.
I got my period in February and now having pregnant symptoms again. I don't want to get my fiance's and my hope up until I take a test but have no idea when to test with periods so irregular.

I'm constantly tired, wicked smell like if my fiance showers all I can smell is shampoo for hours when around him and it's not heavy scented shampoo just regular tresme stuff. My taste is way off everything is either salty (with no salt added) or just bland. My uterus feels like there's a huge air bubble inside of it and my lower back is constantly hurting. I have alot more cm (sorry if that's tmi) and if my cycle were regular it's due tmmrw on a 40 day cycle. My dreams are so vivid especially with sound like I dreamt our house was broken into and the guy fired a gun. The gun sounded so real when I woke up I watched the news seeing if there was anything about a shooting in downtown Langley and asked my fiance if he heard anything. Both were a negative the shooting only happened in my dream.

I have no idea if these are signs or what and no idea when to take a test.

Even sleeping feels impossible I end up laying awake until 2 am at least then sleeping almost all day and if we do the deed I'm so tired for 2 days after ward.

I'm only in my early 20's and doctors say it's my most fertile time but with almost non existent periods I don't see how I can be fertile.

My first thought is all of these symptoms might be left over hormonal imbalance after your miscarriage. It's really common to still feel pregnant for quite awhile.

My second thought is why don't you take a pregnancy test?

Because I don't know if it would be to soon because my periods are usually 4 months apart at least

Your symptoms could be due to ovulation, pregnancy, impending period, hormone fluctuation due to medicine or birth control change, or post miscarriage.

And the time to take a pregnancy test is when you feel you might be pregnant.

Sorry, hun, I guess I don't understand your question then?

You both have answered it. My symptoms all stopped in mid January and haven't been on any birth control or medications and my fiance is getting me to take a test because my smell and craving for peanut butter with kiwi banana and pickles are weird in him out and my boobs are getting bigger again according to him
