Trying to conceive...

Hi, everyone

I have been trying to get pregnant since the begin of October & I always have my period on the 10th of each month but this month I am a week late for my period and this has never happened to me before & I really wanna have a another baby .....

Can anyone give me tips????

I did take two ovulation tests last month & they were positive then we did it those days but I still don't have a positive pregnancy test cause I have taken one after my first missed period then one today....

Are you sure about when you ovulated?
