TTC #1 Ovulating Sept 20th!!!

Hey yall im new at this! My husband and I are wanting a baby and we are trying for number 1. We have been trying since aug and no luck. However, I finally bought those expensive ovulating test because the lines were too confusing for me. Well this morning I got a yes+!!!!!!!!! I am so excited I woke my hubby up and we just had to lol I am nervous though...will this work?

Even with dtd around the right time, it can still take a healthy couple up to a year to get pg, but Fx that you catch that egg and get your BFP this cycle!

Me too! We are TTC our first and have been since early August. We had a very early miscarriage the 1st month. I have been using OPKs since the miscarriage bleed stopped and had a positive yesterday. Also some ovulation pains so I think we are into our 2 week wait!! Fingers crossed. Good luck to all of you too.

I keep telling myself to wait until 3rd October but might give in and start testing from 30th Sept. What about you?

I'm trying to wait until the 7th, which is when AF is due. tbh I might even push it until the 8th because that way DH will be home. If my cycle is consistent with my last couple, I should O tomorrow, but I have been under extreme stress this month and I'm not sure how it has affected my cycle. I had ewcm on sunday, and on tuesday night I had some spotting after dtd. I don't want to see a BFN so I think I'll continue to push back testing until I feel comfortable that AF is not coming. It's so much easier to put off testing when I don't have the tests in the house.

I am due AF 2nd (26 day cycle). It is so difficult to decide between not testing early to avoid disappointment with a BFN (or knowing about another chemical) and then the excitement of just having to know if it is positive. DH doesnt want me to test until AF a few days late. Unfortunately I am surrounded by tests at work and I still have a supply at home. Will need to be strong!
I hope your stress is getting better. I think it has to be really extreme stress to have an effect on ovulation so hopefully you will still O. Good luck.

It was extreme as I moved overseas, and it was just one mess after another leading up to the move. My stress levels have decreased to nearly nothing now that I'm getting settled in.

You can wait! Stay strong and resist the urge!

I am going to try and wait till Oct 3rd to test but I'm so impatient lol I actually had two clumps of something when I peed today. I know that is T.M.I but I have never seen anything like that before...I figured it was Increased Cervical Fluid.

I have been having light cramps, very vivid dreams and hot flashes. What about you?

very cranky and, cramps and I feel bloated. I also started getting a sore throat and it still hasnt gone away...I'm super tired but I have a huge test that determines whether I can teach or not tomorrow so im not going to bed anytime soon...

Oh goodness. I hope you can get some rest. This is my first month trying to get pregnant, so I am trying not to over analyze every little thing I feel, its so hard not to though.

This is my second month of trying!! Hoping the second time is the charm! Good luck and I also tend to over analyze but it is really hard not too! Sending lots of baby dust!

It's so easy to overanalyse every symptom. I had some odd lumpy discharge last night too. Wondered if it was just the result of 3 nights BDing. Sorry if TMI.

I've never heard of that before, but I hope it's a good sign!
