TTC #1 So exciting!

Hi Everyone! My husband and I are waiting to my next ovulation for our first attempt at conceiving! I may have my hopes up a bit, as I know it's not as easy as people think. If anyone has any advice I would love that! Good luck to all, and me as well! Fingers crossed!

Hi and good luck ttc! we are ttc #3. Just try and keep things relaxed, fun and romantic so not lots of pressure. Eat healthy and take folic acid

Thanks Twinmum87! First I've heard about the folic acid, I'll give it a try! And good luck with #3! How old are your other 2?

My twins will be 7 in June.

You need to take 400mg of folic acid per day thurout ttc and pregnancy (extremely important in the first 3 months) to help prevent birth defects of the brain and spine.
