TTC 11 months

Hi everyone, we have been ttc no this is our 10th month, we havent been to the doctors, but feel we have been trying everything, opks preseed, softcups, now on fertileaid this month. just feel like as the time goes on im getting so stressed out about it and dont feel like i want either of us to go to doctor yet but feel like we should, does anyone have any advice please

Try acupuncture and herbs. They really know what they are talking about and take your whole health (mind and body) into consideration, unlike doctors who will just look at one part of the body. It took us 11 months to conceive our first (m/c), then had acupuncture herbs and conceived in 4 months (dd). Started trying again and after a year nothing. Acupuncture/herbs again and conceived after 4 months (sadly miscarried but that's nothing to do with the acu), then again Witt the acu and herbs and conceived in 2 months. Just a thought to try if you find that doctors are far from helpful x
